Towards the end of the Capitol Building Stronghold, you have to fight a boss named Kendra. If you’ve reached The Division 2’s endgame, chances are you have already begun the process of obtaining Liberty, you just might not realize it. Like the Nemesis sniper rifle, the Liberty Exotic pistol trades out a random drop method for an involved and intricate quest chain. Unfortunately, only one Stronghold is available each week, so you’ll need a minimum of three weeks to gather the remaining components. Deconstruct the Adrestia SR1 and you’ll receive a scope called The Tally, the first of four weapon components needed to craft Nemesis.įor the remaining three components, you’ll need to kill the final bosses in The Division 2’s other three Strongholds. Behind the door is a crate containing a unique High-End weapon: the Adrestia SR1sniper rifle.
Inside the hovercraft’s main loading bay is a door you can open using the keycard. Once you have the keycard, keep going through the mission until you enter the large Black Tusk hovercraft towards the end. In this same area is a multi-floor building, and on the top floor is a bedroom containing a unique Black Tusk keycard. Load up the World Tier 5 version of Tidal Basin, and proceed through until you reach the area where you need to plug ISAC into a laptop.

Next, you’ll have to go through the entire Invaded Mission series a second time so that you unlock the World Tier 5 version of Tidal Basin. To begin the Nemesis unlock process, you’ll have to first work through The Division 2’s endgame World Tiers system until you complete the Tidal Basin Stronghold, thus unlocking World Tier 5. However, the bad news is that unlocking Nemesis requires completing a lengthy series of steps, one of which will take at least a few weeks to finish. The good news is that, unlike the previous Exotics, the Nemesis sniper rifle isn’t a random drop. The most consistent method for finding Elites is by clearing Dark Zone landmarks, just keep an eye out for rogue agents looking to jump you while you’re distracted.Īlso, since it’s the Dark Zone, Pestilence can potentially drop as a contaminated item, which means you need to extract it via chopper before you can use it.
Specifically, Pestilence can drop whenever you kill a named Elite tier enemy in the Dark Zone. Whereas the Chatterbox, Merciless, and Sweet Dreams Exotic weapons are found via purely PvE means, Pestilence instead has a chance of dropping in The Division 2’s three PvPvE Dark Zone areas. It’s also yet another luck-based world drop, though it drops in a noticeably different part of the game than the Chatterbox, Sweet Dreams, and Merciless. The Pestilence LMG is one of the two new Exotics that was added in alongside The Division 2’s recently deployed Tidal Basin update.
